Green lights won't disturb flowering?

I another thread I made someone said that green light won't affect the my plants and can be used to "work" around your plants when the light is off.

is is true?

If so what exact light should I use?

it does work. its been suggested in jorge cervantes. green filters out the red and blue light that is required for photosynthesis. you can also use things to make a green filter on lets say a flash light. just duct tape a few layers of some green plastic sprite bottles (cut up) to the lens of your light. a gorilla growers technique.

I use one these:

Just got it the other day and it works great.
