Green lights and no waking plants, does it work?

Do these green lights work as intended?

I used to have a green lamp head lamp and never had any issues but at the same time I don't buy the green light isn't seen by plants spiel.

I've seen people using them. Supposedly they work. I can't give you a definitive answer bc I've never done a run where I hit them with green light intentionally, but I imagine that even green light - if you flash the plants hard enough or long enough - will do something, but again, I don't really know.

In my room I have a few tents, and I have green bulbs in my over head room fixture, so if I need to be in there when lights are off I can still see a bit. If I get a light leak at least it's soft green light and nothing harsh.

Been using a green headlamp for many years with zero issues at all.
