Green Crack

Depends on what kind of A/C he has, he might not want cannabis smell all in the vents. Not all them are good at filtering air, I could easily smell my upstairs neighbors in the last apartment I lived at because our A/C units all ran through the same system.
That ran thru my head briefly. But my neighbor is a fat boozer stoner. N I'm.n end unit. Plus. I have a 6" booster pulling air in. I'm hoping that's enough to create a small vacuum to keep smell out. Ohh but lights out??! Hmm. I only keep my exhaust on. Lowest I ever got was 68 hogshead 72.

received_10209198558894472.jpeg still flushing some N out. Slight claw getting better daily.. But my P n K levels are 100% u can buy a reagent NPK spil nutrition pkg (n pH) for 5$ it can potentially give u a much more bountiful harvest. It's on point. N 2 weeks ago i knew for sure I have a bit too much N still light green. So I waa thrown off roots organic is some HOT (IN A GOOD WAY?) soilless mix man. I fed maybe 3 times in veg. N two times in bloom. Then at the advice of some more experienced dudes. I cut back to jus pHd water till I can rig a spout, or get a shop vac to flush my scrog.. This "soilless medium" likes it closer to even 5.8-6. 6 mostly thru veg. N according to dro store dude, RO can go as low as 5.5 n be happy. You start getting lock out n issues at the high 6s low 7s

Oh damn I had a question y'all. Lol why do I SUCK an am jus naturally inept at rooting cuttings?? Lol. Iv seen ppl use straight water. I tried A lil rooting hormone after the slice.. Tried shaving b away since harder or dude stem then slicing.. Had a neat big holes colander for food that I stuck on a bowl to keep penetrable, but each in their own properly sized hole.. Of course having a scrog I had like many attempts then what I gave up at. Lol. Still lots of small useless branches that will be culled as they stretch accordingly. But damn man. I can get no roots!! In water, soil... What am doing our more importantly NOT doing guys?? I have 2 hybrids and a FAT indica. All were girls (2nd season! In a row I got feminized bag seed.) Last year I sprouted 9 beans. Hoping for 4 to 5 girls. Even 3 was gonna be a win. I ended up culling 4 gorgeous indica Dom fems jus cuz of space n lighting issues. Lol. I wanted to keep this indica though dammit!! It's a FAT leaf indica man. The main stem is only about 5" but the plant bushes out over 21" :) n e help would be appreciated. I jus don't get I seen some pros in norcal do it I'm JUS water man!?

Are u outdoor?? If so negate this comment. So I live in the " sunshine state" not as South as Mia. But. Wayy down here.. I had a topped lstd, n gorgeous un known strain. But Dude ! The humidity made every day sticky like fuckin ur balls to ur thighs sticky.. Always worst or highest rite at n after sundown. N same times during sun up. I had a manual therm n rh meter. Which never went below 80%. I started bringing it in to a cool first story DARK bathroom for the dark stage. But the damage was done. Almost 3 months of veg. N longer for flower I yielded like 12gs!!! Im like ok why isn't this growing. Then I resized what rh n moisture levels really do to leaves n more importantly buds in the end.. Humidity will decimate a plants growth. But ya need some!! Lol. That's what indoor is all about trial n error n recording days of what did n didn't work tho. It was dannkk 12gs tho :)
I live in a very high humid state. And I have healthy huge monsters. I am also part of the outdoor threads where most of them are cali growers. Huge healthy plants. All I am saying is there is MORE THEN JUST HEAT. If you take care of your plants they can thrive in almost any environment without doing that to the plant.

Yupp for sure. I remember in jersey I had ZERO problems and are summers get brutal. But the area of my state is like if you go out side in August in all black n start running I give 15mins before u black out. I mean that should have got HUGE.. No. Or bigger atleast 3 gal pot. Hold on I got a pic

Oh yea. I'm in always I'm diagnose mode. Not competition or "know it all" I don't know shit till tmrw I'll learn a lil more n so forth.. Sorry if it came off curt

And ya know. Now that I think back to that plant. It was also a horrible porch light in close vicinity during dark hours. I bet that had a hand in my embarrassing outdoor yield in the S. Shine State! Lol

Tho heat is obviously some of the problem I doubt it's all the problem. Plants grow outdoors in 100+ degree temps all the time and never has that problem.
Yours could be a number of different issues.
It's the more consistent (constant?) Heat - he's got the big point of hotter closer to the light! Canopy temps are always higher then ambient....That's why I have a Laser therm around at all times.

I like running the canopy at about 90F and it drops from there, the lower you go. Ambient is around 75-78F....I run a bit lower RH then optimum for the VPD to give better transpiration to help keep them healthy at the top.

I agree there's more then "just" high heat involved. The result is solidly indicating heat as the main issue! Outdoors is a whole nother ballgame!
2 "more" cents ;-) ;-)

These went 12/12 back on June 4th 10.5 weeks or so.

I started harvesting this past Sunday but noticed the buds are still getting larger and more gloss. Not sure if I should continue harvesting or wait a few more day.

The white hairs are as you see, pretty much gone. The trichomes are all pretty clear.

I didn't use much fertilizer. I think the leaves are brown from heat.

Comments?
Damn, green crack isnt too bad of a plant to grow if ya got the sativa dom. The cut i had did good with a/c and 75f/40%rh and it was one hungry bitch that never made much smell unless you touched it lol.
However, when i flowered the mother out after dropping my a/c i was getting canopy temps into the low 90's and yup, you guessed it she didn't like that at all and started spitting foxtails, and stinking up the place.20160817_201313.jpg
If you have a cut, try again with lower temps

Thanks for all the replies.

I took the temp down there right now. With 1, 1000 watter HPS going it's about 95F 24" from the light, not directly under. I do have two 12" oscillating fans oscillating. The outdoor temp is 80F. When the outdoor temp was 93F the temp under the lights was probably 100F+.

The humidity down there during these summer months is usually over 65%. I run a dehumidifier some nights trying to keep humidity around 60. I turned on the dehumidifier and the humidity is stable at 71 and declining.

I don't have AC.

The soil I use is 100% Pro-Mix BX Bio-fungicide + Mycorrhizae.

I fill gallon jugs using city water. The jugs sit about 5 days before I use them. These particular jugs have sat 4 days and the PH looks like 8. The PH measuring is drops and a table on the side of a bottle.

Before 12/12 the plants looked great.

Luckily, I did get a cutting. I might do a grow journal and look for comments in a couple weeks.

I always thought because it was balanced cosmically PERFECT w it's environment, n coddled by a evolutionary perfected eco system to stand up for it :) directly relates to its ALMOST set n forget ways..
