Its not for rooting it's a micro that works in harmony with your plants roots to form a symbiotic relationship and produce sweeter buds, you start using it when your plant starts vegging then the first 2 weeks in flower.

I used to use it, but at 25.00 for a small bottle of GW powder, vs the 27.00 I pay for a 2.2lb bag of my current myco, its a no brainer.

That is only 1 species of mycorrhizae and GWS has like 28 that's why its so expensive.

Great White® is the most complete mycorrhizal product on the market. The cutting edge formula contains 15 different species of mycorrhizal fungi, 11 different species of beneficial bacteria and 2 species of trichoderma all in one product. Research shows that this powerful formula will ignite plant and root growth giving plants the tools they need to maximize yields. Great White's concentrated formula ensures optimum colonization of root systems by the fungi for less money. The water soluble powder makes application a snap and delivers the spores directly to the roots for immediate germination. Users should look for explosive root growth, increased yields, increased fruiting and flowering, increased nutrient and water absorption and improved transplant success. The key to healthy and vital plants starts with a vigorous root system and a vigorous root system starts with Great White!

It isn't a micro.
Its an inoculate, which takes weeks to inoculate and benefit from.
The fungus that grows in the soil helps uptake, and makes the plant more resistant.

I grow in soil. I fill a 30gal reservoir from the tap, add 5-10ml per gal of hygrozyme, and then allow to settle, dechlorinate, etc with a couple air stones in it.
-If I add Great White to the reservoir and then wait to use the water for a few days, will the beneficials still be alive/viable?
-If I then add synthetic nutrients to the reservoir, will this kill them off?

It seems more effective to just dust with it while transplanting, but I'm curious if I can get away with this method and save a little time. Thanks.
