Nice leading edge video of a countrywide legalization. may check it out again... I want to know more about how their coop grows will take shape, 6 plants just doesn't sound like enough!
The one quote I remember from watching it yest., was from the older skeptical couple who grew said, "the registry is like a knife, you have to use it to see if it cuts".
While Uruguay's new system for cannabis legalization may not be perfect out of the gate, the president knows that it must have a starting point w parameters for both parties and the public to begin to accept such change.

He is not your average politician that's for sure.
I am not a fan of how they setup the laws but, they
don't send people to prison, steal their citizens
assets or take peoples children over a plant. That
alone is much better then how most of the world
handles things.
South America as a whole has come along way in
politics. They had serious issues for a long time.
