No, high N will not do that in plants.....It' will keep them green longer when over using P. Several nutrient makers actually chart that way to cover up their use of too much P... I found I never liked their products anyway...
Still, I like how your plants are coloring...no matter how they're doing it..

I think your plants look fine!

Flushing? What ever for??? If you don't over feed. You have no need!

I hear you on the "back" part!
I have never been a fan of either REV or Subcool and their rather dumb "layering" methods.....Mix it up and pour it in and be done with it......

I do a tiered up potting and use a veg and a bloom soil! The "base" is what I use for seedlings and is 30 day.....So 3 soils if you will. Last up-potting is into the final pot with the bloom soil, and she gets 8 days and into the bloom room she goes!

I like some of Matt's gear....Some, not so much.....But, that's basically how it goes with prolific breeders...

If you like full sativa's at all. Give connoisseur genetic's Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze a run! DAMN strong haze! Well worth the sativa effort! This baby is worth doing a 7 - 10 gallon pot size run on a plant...
I actually have a pack of a similar one. This is the SSSDH x G13 Haze. It has been in my freezer since 2010 or 2011 or something like that.DSCN0972.JPG

I don't get the choice in the cross.....Such a nice sativa crossed with G13......increase bud size?
Still, SSSDH was first made by another breeder. Connoisseur refined it to it's glory...

It isn't G13 but rather the G13 Haze male from Soma crossed with the OJD cutting of the Reservoir SSSDH. I believe these have been rebranded as OJ's Haze but this pack is from the initial offering when it was called SSSG.

Hey bro,
Looks great! Glad people enjoyed my super sour deez! I'm enjoying this whole thread though! Woody og was one I never got to grow.. I bought a lot of it at the dispensary at $20 a gram along with the platinum og but I never got to grow either one..

Yeti - This is another of my creations that I am particularly proud of. It has the same Woody Kush x Turpentine male as the Turpentine and the mother is The Purps x Elite Genetics Super Strawberry Diesel. This one is a great yielder because it will bush out naturally and shoot up multiple tops while at the same time growing vertical kush-style stalks. It is a really unique plant in every characterisitc. It has the super lemony Turpentine dankness overlaying a deep strawberry jam base. I have thought about calling it strawberry lemonade but some friends of mine started calling it the Yeti shortly after I first came out with it in 2010 and the name just stuck; but since there are a bunch of other strains out there called Yeti these days maybe it will get changed. It is really delicious smoke that has high levels of both THC and CBD. Everyone loves it and it kind of makes me feel like a genius even though in reality it is just some pollen chucking at its finest.View attachment 3855664 View attachment 3855665 View attachment 3855668 View attachment 3855671 View attachment 3855672 View attachment 3855674

Do you perhaps have anything available with the old Motarebel Lemon Thai or your version that was worked further? I used to grow your Lemon Thai x Killer Kush and although I stopped growing it because it was not a great yielder and tended to grow some stamens at the end of flowering, I wish I had kept it as headstash because I really liked the taste and uplifting, hyperactive effect. The only thing out there that I can find with that same Lemon Thai in it is the CH9 Lemon Thai x Blueberry but I don't really like to buy feminized seeds and I heard it doesn't have that same energetic sativa buzz.

Dream Boss - This is a new project I just finished up; Blue Dream x Mob Boss Bx1. Every one of these plants was very vigorous with huge frosty nugs. The smell is like a spicy blueberry with a little variation in the ratio of blueberry to spicyness. I will have to wait until they are dried and smokeable to really see what they taste like and what the effect is but right now I am leaning towards #1 and #4 since they smell the best and are the larger yielders.

#1 - Giant colas with a bit of a purple hue. I would probably let this one go for another few days if I were growing a full crop of it. This one has a fruitier smell than the others.Dream Boss #1 - 01.JPG Dream Boss #1 - 02.JPG Dream Boss #1 - 03.JPG

#2 - Good smell and a good yield. The shape of the flowers lean towards the Mob Boss but the smell leans toward the Blue Dream.Dream Boss #2 - 01.JPG Dream Boss #2 - 02.JPG Dream Boss #2 - 03.JPG

#3 - This one would be a keeper in most gardens but I don't think it is quite as nice as the others.Dream Boss #3 - 01.JPG Dream Boss #3 - 02.JPG Dream Boss #3 - 03.JPG

Dream Boss #4 - This is the largest bodied plant and the nuggets are more of the Blue Dream style but with thicker, more sugary trichomes and a smell like tangy Blue Dream.Dream Boss #4 - 01.JPG Dream Boss #4 - 02.JPG Dream Boss #4 - 03.JPG

BC God Bud - I grew a couple packs of God Bud from BC Bud Depot a while back and this is the plant that I kept. It is a big plant that also bushes out and grows lots of round, lavender-colored flowers with a fairly light grape / fruit punch smell. Some of the other phenos I grew had a really pungent Hawaiian Punch smell to them but the nugs were smaller and less dense than this plant. For as light as they smell, the flowers of this plant tasted the best by far with a joint tasting really delicious all the way down to the last hit of the roach. It always suprises me when a plant tastes significantly different than it smells but this is one that does that.God Bud 01.JPG God Bud 02.JPG God Bud 03.JPG

Green Crack - I got this plant from a friend and I have no idea where he got it from. It smells and tastes like the Green Crack I have smoked before but it doesn't really give me that racy, amped-up sativa high that people always talk about with this strain. It is a shorter plant that bushes out a lot and does not stretch much. It does finish very fast.Green Crack 01.JPG

Purple Pie - This is a recent project that is Cherry Pie x Purple Strawberry Diesel S1. I have narrowed this one down to two plants that will warrant a slightly larger run and if it doesn't catch on then sayonara. These have a slightly more strawberry taste as opposed to cherry. They don't really yield any better than the Cherry Pie and they take longer to veg. I'm not really that impressed with the male I used in this cross. I have grown out some Purple Dream crossed with the same male and it doesn't really add anything to the P1 female and about 40% of the resulting plants have a kind of mediocre smell that I can only describe as "generic chronic".

Kong - This is a pretty cool plant. It stays short and bushes out really wide but grows large, dank, earthy, kush-style flowers. This makes it a high yielding kush that does not require a lot of shaping although it does need a lot of lumens to come out right.Kong 01.JPG Kong 02.JPG Kong 03.JPG

I prefer to avoid any tip burn if possible but this last batch was hydroponically grown in 4x4 rockwool cubes with Cutting Edge nutrients and it was getting a high dose of nutrients at first because I was using some solution that was filtered and recycled from some previous plants that had been defoliated so they needed a really high dose (like 3000ppm). I hate just wasting an expensive nutrient solution by pouring it down the drain so lots of times I will filter it with a bubble bag and move it to another reservoir. I cut this solution down to around 2400ppm but they were starting to show a bit of toxicity as well as a calcium deficiency around week 4 so I cut the solution down to about 1600ppm and added some calcium but some tip burn had already started. They were flushed out pretty well in the last week so I'm sure they will taste fine.

Man that looks fav bro

Do you pour the water and nutrients from one reservoir to another after a week or so?!

Yes, sometimes. Or I will use it on some container plants. Doing that is prety much like the Lucas tek, I certainly don't do it blindly, I check the ph and ppm and usually add a bit of cal-mag or nutrients if needed. I wouldn't recommend doing this kind of thing unless you know how to diagnose plant problems really well.
