Grandfathered all existing MMAR Authorizations

I am pleased to report that the Federal Court, Mr.Justice Manson, today has essentially grandfathered all existing MMAR Authorizations to Possess with Personal Production Licences and/or Designated Growers until trial, but the possession limit is 150 gms. This includes those who were renewed post September 30th but there is no provision for new applicants.

The Order is attached and decision is attached.

Hey guys. Yes this is great news!!!!! If anyone gets more details on this please post them. As will I. We need to find out if our limits are the same. For the home operations etc. I heard the 150 gr limit. I assume it only applies to out of the production place ?

Yes you are correct. Everything on your license stays the same but the amount you can carry is 150 grams

My licence was renewed in November and automatically ends on mar 31. Due to this mmpr bs. Any info anyone has on quick renewal would be appreciated. Thx guys

No mater what you have to get your original doc to re-sign for the renewal...
If there are no changes then prepare the renewal forms and send off registered mail....with signature
to make sure it gets there.....they were right quick like about 8 days return time.....not too bad for HC....
of course they dated everything to end at march 31 but now that does not hold weight until the court decided whats up....
and may not even end up in our favor either....(quite possible) but I 'm hopeful that it will be ...

I think as long as you show you tried...to make everything legal ...and if HC is the road block ...then its easy to prove you had no reasonable access...
judges like the law.....

Please tell me you are kidding cause I just got news my doc passed away.... Anyone know of any cannabis friendly doctors that Skype other than do no harm clinic. As I live in central Canada and my doc covered The surrounding 1000
to 1500km .

ya that's the requirement..of the form R renewal...doctor..has to approve continuation of use......which when I first read it I though this is just another way to grab some more cash....
and it was....
anything from a GP or specialist signed costs.....
try calling the clinic...to see if someone has taken on the fallen doctors patients....

I had renewed luckily... I just checked it was reissued sept 2013.. and expires mar 31 2014 so I am still good thank god.... Just need a new doc. They sent me an email saying they do not have a replacement doc so I can come pick up all my records... It also goes on to say some bs like HC Canada will help me out if I have any questions..... Ya right HC will help me out OK what a waste of time talking to health Canada is. Been there done that

Hmmm I have heard of skype doc in BC...but others may be able to point you in the right direction.
The one I saw is thru a lawyer and consultant by appointment ...and its a really long storey...and was expensive
there would have to be better options out there....than that route.....if it even exists anymore.....I was extremely disappointed in my GP not taking the opportunity
to move ahead....and learn with me.....

hi GrowRock I went through greenleaf medical clinic in Abotsford BC very nice people and they do skype appointments. DR. Shaw is a wonderful woman. the number is 1-877-512-4769.

This is should be interesting. My original doc passed away couple months ago. ! Shit!?
