tieing down is wicked but it has to be done early like when they only have 4 or five nodes, ive tied down before but i can say its not a realy a good idea to tie all of your plants down because its an experiment like the first few times, im super cropin mine at the moment, its way better than tiein down. im curently doin a tied down pepper plant it looks mutated but the same prinsiple as with a ganja plant it gives the stems strength and opens the shadowd areas, thats all it deos realy, brilliant lookin plants by the way might have to give that strain a grow :)

I noticed the same thing wormdrive, a couple years ago actually. FFGB really is not my favorite product. Slow and even is the best way to use it. But it is not going to maintain the brix levels in your plants, and doesn't contain the necessary sugars your plants need to fully utilize the nitrogen it has.

Plants need sugars and startches and salts, just like us..... it was actually a shroom trip that made me realize it. I came down and people said I looked deathly pale.... my wife and friend said it looked like the shrooms sucked all the color out of me, and they did, I felt like shit ;). I needed salt and sugar first, then water, then startches and minerals.

You could use fish emulsion, or Bio Bizz Fish Mix, or Hi Brix (E&J), or molasses, or any variety of products that caries the right mix of the goods.

Thanks Dragon I will try that. I guess thats why after a long night of Trippin..... Denny's makes the world a better place. I have not seen a mushroom or lsd in 20+ years, my "guy" died in the 80's (shot in Berkley for 100 bux) and i lost interest.

Sorry for hijacking your thread Norcal.....hehe
