$4k is probably cheep compared to the labor costs associated with responding to an incident.

That's a smart move by Sacramento, but we need to allow cannabis businesses to utilize the banking system, that's the only way to reduce the violent thefts targeting dispensaries.

once that happens I think interstate commerce isn't too far off - which would be a game-changer
