Got a few girls growing they’re one month in early to kid veg, can I plant a seed in the same tent? Or is the environment necessities required of the different stages too big a contrast to grow together?

Once they break surface, keep them to the outskirts of the light for a while, seedlings need very little to start.

As I said above, keep them to the outskirts of the light footprint.
If you are completely covered in light, provide shade of some kind.
