ya i would confront the fuckers,it is easy to prove to yourself through logical deduction,Sounds like a dispute is in order and im not talkin involving the cops,take the matter into your own hands.But thats how i would deal....

If you are sure it was them just fuck their car up! Do enough damage that they have to keep paying the deductable! And if you slash the tires cut the tire on the side not on the tread. Tire places can fix it if it's on the tread!

.......Or you coooouuulld go to his house wiht at least 4 or 5 friends half with knives half with bats and totally destroy his car it takes about 15-20 seconds total if your good. Break every fuckin window and slash every tire as fast as you can then bounce in different directions.

good points all around. so far i have not done anything except gather information. i wanna find out a little bit more about these people and let things cool off for a bit. i am not about to go do something stupid that would get me in trouble. the shitty part is i know that the cops could not do anything unless there was proof beyond a reasonable doubt. so for now information is the best weapon. i am sure i am not the first person robbed and i will not be the last. karma is a bitch and will catch up to everyone in the end.

was it a playstation 3 or just a playstation? either way. shit happens. fuck there sisters and get over it. i keep my confidential shit on my hard drive in a safe. maybee invest in one of those. also use a password on your laptop. so next time they just get a locked laptop

it was an old playstation 2 shit did not even work anymore. i have tried to sell it and none of the stores would buy it. my computer does have a password but that does not prevent someone from taking out the hard drive and hacking into it. i am just lucky that my grow room was locked and they did not break into it. I keep telling myself it could have been much worse.

Speaking from personal experience, cop's can't/won't do anything.

I actually had someone attempt to kick in my door one night as my girlfriend and I were sitting on the couch in the living room around 1 AM. Cleaned up the house as fast we could and called the cops, guy stopped kicking the door a few minutes after I called and 15 minutes later, cops were there.

10 minutes after showing up, they rounded up the guy who was kicking on my door and his accomplice, I positively identified the guy and another officer took pictures of the door where very clear, detailed shoe prints had been left. Needless to say, the potential burglar's shoes matched the door PERFECTLY.

However, all the cops did was take his shoes and name to the station, and let him go free stating, "We did not see a crime in progress so nothing can be done."


Basically, your testimony as to who did it is pure conjecture and hearsay in their eyes. At this point, you would probably need a video of the crime for the police to do anything for you.

Ive done that, its no good....you get the cops called pronto. I'm tellin ya...pay some crack heads 20 bucks a piece to mug them in public. Have them steal everything but their socks and underware. With the law you could always deny that you paid the crackheads, your word against theirs and your only motive is one the thieves wont bring up to the police. You're clean

You are no longer required to be a "better man" and let it go. Thieves man....horse theft back in the day was a death sentence. Reasoning was taking a mans horse could ultimately cost that man his life strand him somewhere unwelcoming. Im not saying you should kill them, im generally a pretty peaceful man, but theft is among the lowliest of transgressions. Public humiliation coupled with bodily pain should be effective.

Interesting, you say Dear god, and you do not capitalize GOD and you expect help for the SUPREME MAKER. HMMMMMMMMMMM interesting. I know it sounds like I'm being rude, dude but I don't know any other way to put it. My house was broken into a few months ago and someone took 2k from me. I was saving the money to go on a trip to Ukraine. The cops didn't take fingerprints or take pictures. They gave me a case number and the cops phone number and in a nice way told me to forget it.

why are you sitting on ya arse asking all of us what you should do??? if you know who it is then get your self round there and get your stuff back, the vibe i am getting from this thread is that you really want to go round and see the lad but your scared so you want to big yourself up on here to us and get ideas from others who will say stuff like i'd kill them, chop there fingers of, go round and kick door off etc........... i could go on for ages, either you need to grow a pair and stop worrying about what will happen and go and get your stuff back, or you can sit on here and do fuk all, when i got this pinched!!!

i was wounded cause the only people who knew about it was my twin m8's who i have knew since i was 9-10 grew up togother thought of them as brothers and then BANG!!!! Jealousy kicks in and then ya stabbed in the back! BUT!!!!!!!
I have no proof that it is them so i cant do nothing, but i have hassled them ver the phone about it and said i know it was you's but i cant prove it and they know that i could tell if they lying if they face me face 2 face, but they wont.

sorry if i sound like a tit, but i have been watching this thread for a while now and everytime i see it i think to my self, why is he still talking about it and not doing anything, and i f i have totally spoke out of term and you have all ready sorted the problem out and been round to the lads then good on pal, of not the above still stands :)

first off i tired to get my stuff back first thing, but it was gone in a matter of hours, the people that stole it sold it, they are not gonna hold onto stolen property. second you give me this advice and how has it worked out for you? you confronted your assailant by hassling them over the phone huh? thirdly this problem is currently being taken care of in a non criminal manner of course. even if i did do something like inflict violence upon these people why would i admit to it on record (here). and lastly, you live in the UK where it is extremely hard to get a gun. sometimes things need to be handled delicately.
