GOT RH?

Got rid of the room humidifiers that need refilled every two hours and only raise the RH by 3%. Got a whole house humidifier from Amazon for $130 and hooked up 6" inline fan to it, hooked it up to the water line and put it on an Inkbird RH controller. More RH than you would ever need. Looks terrible, but I'm lovin this... I'm running this in a room that's 20x25 and isn't very air tight at all. Got to 80+ RH in 20 minutes and went to 92% RH within 30. Safe to say that I'm not going to have any more winter days with 28% RH.

Well I happen to be waaaay further North than you and have to run a dehumidifier most of the year.
I see. I tried the regular room humidifiers and they don't do much because my rooms are so large. So I had to come up with something. I figure for less than $150, I probably wasn't going to find a much better option.

Sounds like you’re just running a few plants in a open room? Maybe you can tape off a smaller area with some panda to control the environment a little better?

12 in each room right now. Yeah, Panda Paper is something I kept putting off, it would probably have solved the problem, but I have a habit of making sht harder than it needs to be.

Yep, RDWC. I have 2 rooms in the basement with a 12 bucket system in each. Use one for a veg and the other for flower. Perpetual grow... The low RH in winter was driving me crazy.:wall:
