Thanks Prosperian! Now I just gotta figure out the best way to hook all this stuff up and get my room done. My friend that was going to help with the room flaked out on me. So I may just try and do it my self. I'm a computers and electronics guy, guess it's time to grow and add carpentry.

Carpentry is a great skill to learn and it's easier once you get a plan on paper. I used a yellow pad a drew everything out. Then made a hardware list. You are going the opposite direction but I would still make a plan and try to fit the equipment in as needed. In other words, you don't need to use everything now. Build it and add on later.
YouTube was very helpful in grow room design and build out. Computer guy that you are, it will be easy for you to find all the videos to do just about anything on your grow room list.
Let me know if you need any help. We are all just hanging out watching my seedlings do nothing on my thread, boring.

hey man, looks like u did ur homework. ill be following ur grow once u get started as im about to buy alot of the same stuff for my new room. you gonna build a room as oppose to a tent? i already bought a 5x5x84 inch tent and prolly gonna get the 600W light kit coming with a MH and HPS bulb MH for vegging HPS for flowering. and the carbon filter etc, wish i could do a row of T5s too but my budget a lil lower then yours. what you gonna start for strains my good man?

Hey Ambedexteras, Thanks for dropping by. Good luck with your setup. First I want to get the HPS 600's setup to bloom my next set of girls.
As far as strains next to bloom are the White widows, White Russians, Chernobyls, Girl Scout Cookies, 3rd Dimensions, Next waiting and vegging is Skywalker OGs, Blue Dreams, Jack The Rippers, Sharkbreaths, LSDs and Chemdawg 4s. You can get of the upcoming flower girls below. I almost forgot about the Northern White Apes that are coming along well also.

Ok, I got my room built. Next up is to setup the hardware, need to remove none grow related items and line the walls with panda film. I will be setting up the hardware on Wednesday hopefully. I'm looking for suggestions on how to maximize the yield from the grow of girls that I'm going to flip to 12/12. I have been using FF Grow big and Big Bloom up until now. But I'm thinking about switching over to Advanced Nutrients for blooming and to finish them off. I have 12 girls, 6 strains, They are 33 to 38 inches in height. I will be using Sun System YieldMaster2 Supreme 600w enclosures and Galaxy Digilux HPS 600 bulbs. Bloom is 8-9 weeks. Strains are White Widow, White Russian, Chernobyl, Girl Scout Cookie, 3rd Dimension and Bubba Kush. Also would it be worth while to top now?

I got dirty today. Up in the attic cutting holes in my ceiling. Always fun...makes you feel like your getting something done.
It also beats watching the grass grow. Looks like you got a jungle growing in your garage! Don't know about topping, have to wait to hear from some of the others on that topic.

Saw your equipment, looks nice, is that a system upgrade? Yeah my room looks like a jungle. I got carried away with the vegging, was trying to give them a chance to get use to the transplant to the 5 gal buckets. Got to hurry and get the flowering going before its to late.

If you want you can super-crop them to get them to slow down and bush out just a bit. It would be better than topping at this point and cutting your main cola up like that. It's just a suggestion, if you can switch them to 12/12 soon I don't know I would worry about it, but if it will be a while I would just super-crop those babies. Looks good man, keep up the awesome work! Peace out.
