Got my humidity down to 65 for curing?

I'm not used to the "perfect" curing method as I've always just went by sight and feel of my buds but recently I decided to get a humidity gauge and I got my buds down to 65-67 now should I just leave em in the jars a few days without opening, then burp them for a half hour or so every couple days? Also will the humidity slowly drop if I just keep the jars shut for days at a time?

Hi, if you can, get some Boveda packs, put one per jar and that's it, no need to burp jars during curing, will always hold perfect humidity level, and will also preserve your buds while stored in the jars for as long as it's there.
The Boveda packs, once used strictly for cigar boxes , have made their mark in excellence over time, now used by many smokers the store buds for weeks, months even years.

I get my humidity down by burping until it,s at 62-65% before I put the boveda packs in. I swear they taste better that way.
