Size is 3x3x6.5 and the brand is Virtual sun hydroponics 
it was easy to set up with instructions that are very easy to read and put together. I have cfls I'll be putting in later on. Have to cut the board flourescent tubes on on to 3feet. I will post pics soon! Next I'm buying 6" inline fan with carbon filter and a 400watt hps apollo which will be Friday I'll order (;
