Buhbye. :)

Impeccability... :? I don't get that, I'll let you explain what you mean by that. Rented mule doesn't ring a bell yet, eh?

Aren't you bummed out getting yourself fucked like you did? Kharma's a real bitch, ain't it? I mean, you say you got narced out, but then you went and did it to someone else, all by yourself. Playing a game you had no business playing, so you burn someone else (but we're supposed to be happy about it for some reason, eeyeah...). :|

Like I said, not even smart enough to make up a person to "turn in". Not smart enough to know when to stop, not smart enough to figure out when and where she could have had a friend. Nope, you get what you deserve.

I'm on a tropical island in the middle of the Pacific enjoying beaches, warm water, weather, and diving for two full weeks. And you...? ;)
Stenopus hispidus (coral-banded shrimp), took us a while to find a pair (11 dives' worth!). 8)

Ah, Cool you caught those? Are you gonna cook em' or keep them as pets? :)
Caught a picture, they're a bit spindly for eating. I have kept them in aquaria and they're certainly easy enough to keep on their own, but they're a more aggressive species, especially with certain other crustaceans. The beaches we're diving allow no fishing or collecting of ANY kind whatsoever, and we agree that it's why there is such abundant life and the reason for such healthy corals (though I do find a lot that are broken by careless divers), despite being inside the only harbor on the island, and it's a commercial harbor at that.

I much prefer these little guys, they put their white front legs together and do this little waving dance, "I'm here to clean you!" and then you put your hand near them and they'll climb right on and start cleaning away. Can't get the cleaner wrasses to even get near, and we haven't found these cleaner shrimps at all here (saw a LOT on Bali, especially on this one deep wall dive).
Lysmata amboinensis. :D My favorite!

Doing its thang on some guy's hand. L. amboinensis.

I am kind of into this stuff. :D

OH! The other day we were heading to one of the beaches and saw a very large monitor lizard of some sort, I don't know if it's a goanna or what, I've got to find the species. We couldn't even get a picture, the moment the car slowed down BAMMO it was gone into the bush. Dark brown or black with yellow spots and close to 3' long, total. I've got some herp geek friends I'll have to run it by. As always, Googling nets results. 8)

A baby.

Ah, Thats a monitor lizard! Seen it on animal planet (Such a nerd:-P)
But we caught a couple little fresh water shrimps (Baby's). We fried them and believe it or not, we had the freshest seafood dinner ever! :-) So you must be vacationing' on Hawii?

Nope, WAY west, Micronesia. :D We got a picture of the Arothron stellatus today! We actually (Dave, actually) got some GREAT photos.

A tip -- if you bring food to feed the fish, be careful of letting them see your stash, some of 'em will shake you DOWN for it. bite-bite.
