I've spoken with Marc online a few times, but lost contact, It's a shame Canada is handing him over, he's a truly kind individual.

Sounds like someone should have asked for his right to speedy legal counsel. My advice, once this blows over, talk to a lawyer and LEARN YOUR RIGHTS!!!!!!! It's the best thing you can ever do and one of the best ways to spend your money.

Everyone could talk to lawyers but isn't that part of the problem to begin with? These laws are in place in part simply to keep lawyers pockets fat, it's all a part of the same game.

We need to put an end to the game not feed it.

From what I've read Emery turned himself over. For some reason and through some motivation (possibly an offer to stay in Club Fed for only five years) he stopped fighting his extradition to the US.

My guess is they offered him a posh spot at a minimum security facility where he'll do time in relative comfort.

So whats the dealio friend? Im a curious ontarian grower so lay it on us. 3 clones is nothing, no charges would stick, not a chance. Unless they get a warrant to search your place and find a prostyle setup or something. This is a slap on the wrist type of thing, if you weren't fucked up when you were driving, its not like its a violent crime or somthing. just a douche cop.

courts here are looking other places i would think, mexico and argentina just decriminalized small amounts of personal drugs recently. (argentina did, i think mexi too) the drug war shit isnt flying in those countries where 10,000s die from gang murders b/c i want to get high. and that whole vibe is sweeping right through latin america right now. so lay it on us man. WHAT HAPPENED!!
