An update. Got me for 54 plants and no tax stamp (not even sure how they expect the stamp works with plants)..I'm looking at up to 5 yrs and $7500 dollar fine. I have a clean record other than driving violations. They didn't find any scales or baggies, I had no other drugs in the house. (was waiting for the shit to dry, hadn't smoked in a few days) I'll probably end up with probation, fine and some bullshit drug class/counseling. Suppose I can tell you guys I'm in Iowa now. My lawyer says Iowa is right in the middle as far as states with harsh penalties. They immediately took me down for processing and grilled my girlfriend at the house, our stories were the same, that and not having a scale etc. saved my ass.
