Stump,
Not trying to argue or stir up anything! Just want a bit of clarification for everyone. You need to direct me to what portion of the law thats defines exactly what a caregiver is, and his authority to dispense meds. Does it actually state whom he can dispense them to? There may still be dispensaries open but that certainly doesn't mean they are operating within the law. Just as there are many "CG" operating outside the law.
It's in two parts, if you are a caregiver and not a qualifying patient you are only allowed to deal with your assigned patients.
If you are a qualifying patient and a care giver it's less restrictive.

apparently if you can not come to the simple conclusion of how the WORLD works then i pray for you and yours.

this is very simple and i will share it with you, people in the real world work for money in which they can use in exchange for good's and service's.

I do think, and this is only my opinion so take it for what it's worth, that a good majority are in it for the money, and the stoners (potheads, whatever they are called, by whomever) are providing them that income. It's wrong because it's unlawful, and unethical because they are doing it in the name of medical treatment! I am/will be working on a CBD rich strain in an effort to lower, or completely eliminate the THC from it to help those that need the anti-inflammatory properties, but don't like the heady, anxiety part of it. Donations from patients help to offset my initial investment, nearly $8K, and to help with the additional work going into the project.

Interesting..I'm doing exactly the opposite. I'm growing a pure sativa strain, maximizing THC and THCV, while eliminating CBD to aid those with movement disorders. (thcv acts as a b1 receptor regulator in the brain, evening out neurotransmitter chemicals, there by helping motor function.) Great for Parkinson's, MS, epilepsy and other neurological disorders. Also produces a 'motivational" effect which combats depression and fatigue common in neurological disorders.

Good to see someone else actually targeting medicinal value...not just "get me high"

why as a grower do you need to take on additional "patients"?

humor me with your own answer. even though it's more then obvious you are afraid to answer it.

Man, I was all happy about your post right up until you insulted caregivers. Try clarifying the difference between idiots like countsmuckula and myself, because there are huge differences. His type is why they are restricting the laws now, not caregivers like myself.
That's why I said "care givers" in quotations....real care givers don't get the quotation marks...wasn't bashing real care givers

So get a job. Working isn't defined as taking advantage of those less fortunate.

And I checked out the video of Counts current grow....pretty weak looking for all the talk...

Buddy,
Not looking for either! If you can't/won't give me a straight answer then I'll find it later when I leave my office. Not a problem! Thanks

Around here any answer or definition of the law will be argued to no end, that is why I said you should draw your own conclusion from what you read.

What do you guys consider a fair price for an oz of meds? I'm happy to pay 200.00 for quality meds, I'll even pay retail for something different than what I'm growing if I'm getting tired of it.
If you consider the potential legal expenses every caregiver faces, a fair price for their product is in order. Dispensarys have even more legal expenses, and typically cost more than caregivers.

Those other "care givers", that are trading oz's for plant count, you guys are still OK with me. Flood the black market with good cheap weed! That is still a good thing, just don't get all preachy about how your "patients" deserve free weed as a cut of your profits from illegal sales.
