i just germed two diesel crosses i had from my last grow. i usually grow in ground but people are building a house close to where my spot was. any tips/advice for what size pots would be big enough for me t get atleast an oz each plant?

thanks

yes outside. im going organic!! will it still get me there? no nutes or anything just cheap organic soil and water???

By cheap I'm assuming you mean miracle grow organics, I really have no experience with mg, but as long as it has enough food in it to last until the end of the season, then you will most likely get an ounce or pretty close to it. Maybe get your seedlings going now.

i grow indoors in 3 gallon pots under a little 400w hps and i can usually expect a couple oz per plant even if something goes wrong. then again i grow seed to harvest in around 4 months. if you can't use anything bigger than a 5 gallon i would reccomend putting them out later than usual so they don't get rootbound before they finish.\

honestly you should have absolutely no problem getting an oz/plant outside no matter what size pot you use unless the thing is so small it smothers the roots.

yes organic mg does anyone know if its good. i started my seeds on thursday it just popped out of soil today so ill see how the soil works out for me.

In my first grow i used two different types of mg soil. I used the moisture control and the organic mix. Both soils worked alright. There is nutrients that are in the soil to feed the plant. With a 3 gallon pot you should be good and not have to use nuts for atleast the first month maybe longer depending on strain and its needs. if your only wanting a few ozs then a 3 gallon pot would be perfect. I used 3 gallon pots on my last indoor grow and under a 400 watt hps each plant had 2.5 to 3 oz one plant yielded a qp all by itself. If it is cheap you want during the flowering stage if it needs nuts u can use wood ashes they do it in India on there crops for the phospherous in the ashes just a thought its cheap. Burn some wood use the ashes
