Think of this, a hot sunny day, with the sun shinning in your bedroom window with the amount of light for the cycle your plant is on, would you put you plant in the middle of the room for the day to get some "real" sunlight??

yea! if there were no nosey neighbors around. i know for a fact that real sunlight is healthier than artificial
