Good Old Fashioned GROW OFF - Who's In? DWC Buckets x 2 || Biggest Yield = DWC KING

Reading hundreds upon hundreds of journals i have been somewhat dissapointed i.e many of them are unfinished at the best parts!

Keep on reading and youll see what im getting at...

I challenge any Bubble Bucket growers out there to a grow off... Keeping the rules SIMPLE to make it more fun

4. Djruiner --- TBC --- G13 Haze and Papaya / Bubbelicious - TBC --- TBC
5. Thor1911 --- Clone --- White Widow / AK47 x Bubblegum - 600w --- TBC
6. Moneygrowsonbushes --- Clone --- Super Lemon Haze --- 400w --- TBC
7. Mr E.man --- Seed --- TBC --- 600 --- 10/10/2010
8. FeFiFoFUM --- Clone --- 2 x Blue Cheese --- TBC

• Must be growing in a bubble bucket or containor (Max containor size P/P 5 gallons)
• Max plants in grow off is TWO
• Can be grown UP to 600HPS - (Im using 400 )
• Any Style of grow accepted
• Clones may be used
• Once a week, grow update or pic
• see told you they would be simple!

If you think you have the cahones let it be known in this thread and send me a PM with your set up specs, and strain etc and ill log you in.
Or if spectating is your thing Come on IN!

• Once per week , any day of the week, competitors must post update of their athletic ladies with details consisting of - At least 1 picture, growth time, temp and commentry.​
• Not needed but can be included are your PH, PPM and humididty etc. I just don't want to make these mandatory for those which don't have them. Just to keep things simple ! ​
• Weekly updates MUST be within 7-10 days of YOUR last update post. As everyones grow will be out of synch so will be update posting. ​
• If you don't have a camera....... get one!! how else can we salivate over your yeilds??? HAHA ​

*** TIME LIMIT EXTENDED
Ok the logistics - 42 days from today is the time frame for people to join this grow journal/ grow off. NOVEMBER 14TH

Seeds can be planted any time in the next 42 days and continue on untill everyone has harvested and we tally the results!


I think this would be a great learning tool for everyone learning off someone elses mistake haha.... but seriously would make a grow journal alot more appealing!!

im downnnnn sounds good im already 1 week into grow so this is aat a good time in new to this fourm but i will figure how to journal and start monday night

Good idea but this is ROLLITUP no way of limiting to 600 watt.Many people have worked and saved to get what we have and don't own anything smaller than 1000w.

MOST of us that convo on each others threads are rocking 400's and 600's.
You are welcomed to join with one of those, or a smaller light, but no 1K's !! View attachment 1198439

The rules are hella simple.
Even the grow style AND clones are open options.
Those 2 alone make it a fairly wide open grow.
The only constraints are light size and time frame !
Everyone else just enjoy the show, and please don't act like little monkey if things don't go your way as this is unfolding....View attachment 1198443

I would be in... my setup is so close to those specifications save one thing.... res size. my reservoirs are way over 5 gallons! Maybe you could change that rule? If you can't I might unofficially enter. This sounds fun!

It, did cross my mind but common, 400/600 < 1000 watt everyday of the week, hell it's gonna be a challenge for us growers with the 400's but thats all part of the fun. Feel welcome to follow this thread as it gets crazy!

Hey Mr.E sorry i might have been a bit vague. 5 Gallon P/P = PER PLANT. So in actual fact you could have two plants in a 10 G containor if that makes it doable?

hey unispan, i just germ'd my freebie Cali Hash from Dinafem, first DWC, 5 gallon bucket, 4" airstone, no nutes for now. i plan on training it pretty thoroughly, seems like a sturdy strain... using 4x42w and 4x26w cfl's for veg... but are those philips mastercolor bulbs ok for this competition? i'm ordering one for my flowering room, it's only 400w :3

also, any advice anyone can give me on organic hydroponic nutrients would be greatly appreciated, i'm growing privately, and don't like the taste of chem's in my babies

I'd really like to get in on this, but Im using 2 400 watters, and got six buckets.
Hell Ive got six that are recovering slime and Id enter them the way they are now, Maybe next time.
