Good 8wk finishers?

Hi

any suggestions for some good quality 8wk seeds would like a nice yield from them also, 2-3 strains they will be grown in coco, have a 2wk veg under 3x600 hps, will start them under a smaller light of course but vegged under that and for 2wk max then need to be ready at 56-60 days no later.

was thinking c99 have smoked it but never grown it, thats a fast finisher isnt it? who has the best seeds?

or is chronic from serious seeds also a fast finisher?

would prefer fems tbh.

have grown before but not from seed for a long time.

C-99 is a fast finisher and a good choice. I've only grown female seeds version but Bros Grimm is back with the original. Allegedly at least. Other than that Green Crack or Cush. Certain phenos supposedly can finish under 50 days tho I have no experience with that particular strain. Sexbud by female seeds is also a supposedly fast finisher being a reworked version of c-99. personally I think you're going to be cutting it damn close with almost any strain no matter the advertised finishing speed because 2 weeks veg isn't really sufficient to reach maturity to begin flowering. Just my two cents. Good luck!

thanks for that, do you no who the best breeder for green crack seeds are?

i should be able to germ and get them to a smallish plant before my 2wk veg and was just thinking up the plant count numbers if they are small when i gotta flip.

been out the game a while and previous i grew the same old clones for a long time so am abit out of touch as to good seeds.

If your going to be limited by a max amount of plants then i suggest you veg for a couple of months and either scrog or grow vertically (or both).! Then you'll get a right good yield.. ,though if you ONLY have that much time then maybe auto's are the best option. Good luck n happy growing

am not that limited with the plant count but only have 12wks to complete the grow so was thinking 2wk veg, 8wk flower and 1wk to dry need the other wk to make the location clean of everything n smells.

just need a seed strain others have tried n tested as being 8wk finish.

You would likely have to hunt for the fast finisher

Out of a 5 pack of supposedly 8 week done fem seeds you may not even see one plant that finishes when you want it.

Maybe a good stable AK47. Not sure who has one anymore. Still just a gamble without known clones.

i no thats why i had been growing just clones for 6-7yrs but im in UK and carnt get clones from a store like the US, and been out the game a while so gonna be a while before i can get my old clones back.

most stable ak47 would be from serious seeds no?

That's kl.. I have grown many so-called "8"weeks strains, that never usually take the 8weeks. I usually tack on another week to what breeders say on packs and have had an 11 weeks strain take 13 weeks to finish. Try herijuana from sannies seedbank (straight from breeders) it says 7weeks but took 60days when I done them. Hope you choose best for your needs also try skunk#1 (sensi seeds ) Good luck+happy hunting.

Not sure if you're aware but there is another significant difference between clones and seeds in that seeds need a minimum amount of time to mature. An 8 week finisher will take longer than 8 weeks if flowered from day 1. Most are 4 weeks or more and if you flip before that you will increase flowering time and hurt yield. I second @Gaz29 suggestion of looking into autos. Although even autos claim 75-90+ total days... Are you moving or why the absolute deadline? You may be better off waiting till you're in a better situation before spending time and money and end up having to pull the plants before they are nearly done. Just a thought.

well i could get the seeds this wk on monday, seeds are legal in UK and come quick could germ n short veg under a T5 then by jan 1st they gonna be a smallish plant, 2 wks under 1800 hps should get them to a size for a 8wk flip.

dont do autos its against my religon lol no just messing bud is substandard from any auto ive had

You can grow right from seed into 12/12. I suggest transplanting up every 2 weeks or so to keep them growing more than root searching.

In about 3 weeks they will show sex and start flowering. I got a good yield even with this method. Same as the 30 day veg plant it was up against.

The stems were weak and needed support. The veg plant did not need any support.

Only real difference unless you veg to maturity.

spacebomb yields very little depending on phenos I guess but I have seen it done at day 50 could have been chopped at day 45.
