Gone for a week on Vacation, yellow leaves

So what do you guys think this is. Is this nutrient burn, nitrogen deficiency, etc?

I was gone for a week on vacation and came back to this.

I only give nutrients once a week. Maybe less. Haven't ever given more than 3/4 recommended nutrients. Max PPM I've given is 1200 for this plant. I always pH to correct range.

Growing in FFOF and giving them fox farms trio when it's time to feed. this is the only plant of 6 that is showing these signs.

I've got the fox farms SledgeHammer to try and flush if you think that might help?

Do i flush and wait to see how it does? When would I start nutrients again if I flushed it out?

For me it looks like nitrogen deficiency. Usually when my outdoor plants start veging hard and they get up over 2 or 3 feet they get very hungry. If I don't feed them enough, the lower leaves start turning yellow as they move the existing nitrogen to the new growth.
