Hey yall, summers steadily approaching I hope everyone up the NE is gettin braced for the season ahead, plentiful harvests all round hopefully. Neways, My friend is finishing up his indoor for the winter and has had a 400w hps bathing his girls for the past 1.5 months with good results thus far. He has them in ocean forest with big bloom, kool bloom ferts andsome molasses twice a week with a watering every 3-4 days. Flushing has arrived and he wants to add another 150 hps he has lying around. The plant area is about 2.25 square feet with the lights cooled enough to stay about 9 inches away. This amounts to about 200watts per square foot and 25000 lumens per square foot. Would any experienced individuals advise against this light amount? They are recieving outdoor air which provides enough CO2 to make use of the extra heat I assume? Idk any input is appreciated. Thanks guys.
