A single gold spot showed up on one of my 2 1/2 week old plants, It looks almost as if eaten away and can be seen from both sides of the leaf...

I wouldn't worry too much unless you see the spots increasing in numbers. You quite possibly could've just dribbled a bit of ferted water on the leaf and it burned it.A single gold spot showed up on one of my 2 1/2 week old plants, It looks almost as if eaten away and can be seen from both sides of the leaf...
How does the rest of the plant look? Can you take another pic of the whole thing?
Coloration of the leaves look nice from what I can tell.

I checked out the grow journal...very nice. That strain you are growing sounds awesome! Black Domina is on my wish list for seeds, but it's just so damned expensive. The cross with (was it blackberry?) will likely yield some killer bud...OK, I'm drooling thinking about it.
