Going legit.....from closet to warehouse?

I'm interested to know how some of you medium-large scale growers go about securing a place to do so?
How do you rent a warehouse and not have the owner know what you're up to?
How do you secure a client base to ensure your product has a home after harvest?
Obviously a good product sells itself, but more about the business side....

How did some of you established growers transition from personal to commercial while staying out of trouble?
Anyone that has been successful in doing this I'm sure would be of help to growers in this situation so please share your experience and strategies. I'm sure many of us have the growing skills and funds to go big but lack the business confidence, connections, and marketing skills to do so.

Believe in yourself and make it happen. If you look in the right areas, owners will play stupid to have the rent paid on time. Say you're renting the space for a workshop to fuck around with tools and to get space in your garage at home.

Potprop or a 420 friendly realtor can help out with renting. Don't ever grow without the owners approval. That shit won't fly and you are liable for damages and might do time if they sue.

I agree 100% i just purchased a commercial property in hopes of getting a grower in there. Fixing the place will require major funds. Making a grow room or just renting it to a grower to do his own shit will do more then get me ahead. Money talks.
