gnats

my grow room is infested with gnats and I cant seem keep up with their growing population. I have fly traps hung up everywhere and bought a powder to sprinkle on the soil to kill anything with an exoskeleton. I've heard of ladybugs being used to control pest population but does that work with gnats?

A spider in my closet keeps the gnats off my plants, and a bottle with sugar water n a lil vinegar with small holes (think fish traps) gnats go in cant get out. I cant get rid of the centipedes though!

Stop watering so much and never leave water sitting in trays.....the easy way to get rid of them is let the top few inches of soil dry out real good b4 watering and you can also add sand to the top of your pots and they will be gone in no time....good luck
