Gnat or fungus gnat problem

I knew there had to be something > <, finished mixing soil last night and when i woke up i saw little black fly things. looked it up i think its nats(sp?). anyone know any quick methods that worked the best?

generally when you have gnats it's because of too moist conditions they like to live in the upper layers of the soil when it's moist. They usually aren't that destructive but have the potential to be cause they will feed on your roots. It can be tough especially in the early germination stages because the soil has to be so moist but get some sticky yellow traps and try to let your soil dry out more between waterings.

My seeds (5 fem PPP) are just popping out of the ground but i want to nip this at the bud, is it okay to spray now? and if so any dosage you recommend?

Neem wont take care of the problem. It is preventitive at best. Dont fuck around and kill them quick or you will regret it. If you see them flying around you either have an infestation allready or your close to one . Good luck.
