glycerin tincture/ is it legal

I researched something I never knew about today. People are vaping glycerin tincture(weed extract) thru e-cigarettes. Does anybody know anything about it. Like, is it legal, prices, what's the yield when extracting an ounce. Do dispensaries buy and sell it. I heard when using this method, the thc level goes up to 70-80%. Any input is appreciated.

Check out Pure Gold by Tetra Labs if you are in Cali. The legality of it would depend on your location and/or medical status.

only thing I've ever managed to get out of anyone with any law training is "anything that goes through a CHEMICAL process is illegal" so technically this means BHO and Glycerin and Alcohol budder. BUT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE Co2 or Ice hash. Co2 just uses temperature to break off the Resin like Ice hash. IDK if any of this is true but a lawyer was the one who gave me the CHEMICAL tip. well he said he was a lawyer anyway lol i never really think about peoples credentials until i quote them and i now realize this man just said he was a lawyer nothing more. he was very knowledgable but i guess just take the info with a grain of salt. i know there is more BHO and Glycerin floating around then ever before so idk. they even sell extraction stuff out in the open now just 6 months ago that was a BIG no no so idk.

The eJuice use by eCigarettes is vegetable glycerin used as a transport for the nicotine and flavor additives. What ppl are vaping is not actually a "glycerin tincture", as such is usually a much lower THC content and the product of quite a time consuming extraction process.

I use a Joyetech 510 with through away cartridges you can pick up in A2. They run 20$ and give you about 100 hits. PharmFresh is the local manufacture of the eCarts.
