Glow panel 45 LED from start to finish, reveg.

So, I got a bunch of these panels a while back and have been experimenting with them to see what the best arrangement is.

I've only heard bad things about these panels, from people growing peppers to weed. Most say they are good for either veg or flower without much evidence either way.
