Gloss or emulsion????

Hi ppl, I want to paint the inside of my new veg area. So as the title says which do u I use? I've got pure white gloss or pure brilliant white emulsion? Thanks in advance for any help! CG

Flat white if you are painting....

Def flat white is the best.

Yh guys but is flat white gloss or emulsion?

EDIT: found out it's emulsion that needs to be used as gloss absorbs light. Thanks for the replies guys
