BTW I have a IP blocker on my computer that changes my IP every fraction of a second so good luck tracing that. Also I have never been in trouble so if I get caught I will be out the next day, yea it will suck but life goes on.
If you have software that changes your IP every fraction of a second, how can you possibly get through your PAT of your, or your service providers router? Port translation becomes impossible. Do you mean you use a proxy service?

Proxy, VPN, TOR there are lots of ways

When you say PAT do you mean NAT network address translation ?

For example if I still had my old computer with all of my programs I could send you a massive amount of packets and shut you internet down for as long as I send you packets. Its called a IP Flooder.

Or UDP Flooder
