Still unsure of what this is, got my fingers crossed though. If you look at the leaves at the bottom, they do have that red/purple stem. The smell is unusual, could be my mind playing tricks on me but I could swear it's got a little smell of some cookies I had before. I dunno.

Patient 2 patient in San Jose has GSC clones. They're super healthy and about $10/cut. Last round I bought had bright white roots about 3" long coming outta the cubes. They do good over there.

Now that I've got it all harvested I believe I've picked two cuttings that I'm going to keep.


Original thin mints that I picked up in the sunset. It's easily the strongest and smelliest pheno and it's not even close. Incredibly powerful strain worthy of the GSC hype. Perfect strain to grow outside for me. Completely resistant to mold when growing out doors. That's huge for me since I live in a high humidity area. The down side is that it's a low yielder and the buds are kind of ugly looking. The strength/smell are so amazing that I'm willing to live with that.


MO's GSC. This will be my indoor cutting. Far superior yield and the buds look really nice. Both cuttings get purple but this one slightly more. Has pretty much the exact flavor and smell as the thin mints, just not quite as powerful. Strength is pretty good, not as good as the cut I mentioned above, but on par with or better than the other cuts. The yield and look of the buds make it viable for indoor growing. They are solid round buds with a lot of color where as many of the other phenos are a little more stringy and fluffy.

looks like i need to hit up harborside next time i see MO on there! my SCM gsc is stretchy as hell

Also - Animal cookies - An incredible yielder with decent cookies smell, but it's pretty weak. Reminds me of Bubba Kush (the newer version, not pre-9. Smells good, yields good, but potency is severely lacking.

It's only potential is breeding stock IMO.

Platinum GSC is just platinum OG x original GSC

Thin mints are an elite phenotype of the original GSC. They are claiming that GSC is f1 Durban x flo-rida OG. However I do not believe them. I think they are strait up lying so people can't reproduce it. There is no fucking way that GSC doesn't have skunk genetics in it. Impossible.

word thanks and i know i read that it was og kush X GDP X durban poison or a cherry pie X og kush

oh and can you tell me what platinum OG is made of i tried looking but when ever the platinum is in front nothing ever comes up

I always thought platinum was more of a description of a strain that is super frosty.

Has to be some sort of skunk. Also, wtf is flo-rida OG? I've never seen or heard of this strain.

i thought it was just a special og that was grown in florida that you wont find here

The other forums say the circle who made GSC is not forums friendly so Its possible they keeping changing lineages. At this point, my brain hurts and im done with research of GSC lol.
