girl scout cookies

Idk MO, it sure does look differnt then yours and scm? They have slight comparsion, but not exactly the same pheno to me.
You could make a better comparison if they were all grown side by side in the same environment and grow medium. Anyway who cares yours look legit and healthy so good luck.

I have a clone guy in my area who says he knows you at MO and talks highly of you guys, anyways my guy has the GSC thin mint cuts. He paid a lot for the cut last year he said from down in SF. All he does is cloning and I've run his other genetics a bunch so I trust him. I also have compared it pics and they look good, but I'm not a GSC expert. I am in sonoma so I see a lot of MO products and you guys have a lot of great genetics.
Here are some pics of GSC outdoor as of the other day...
What do you guys think, is it thin mints?

for you cookie growers, what are your favorite strains to grow? have you grown any rare dankness gear?
Blue dream is my personal favorite to grow. If it were all up to me, I'd grow nothing but that all the time.

After that I'd say Casey Jones, cotton candy, and AK. I run three strains in my main growroom at once. For that my favorite combo is KC Jones, trainwreck, and bluedream or AK, cotton candy, and platinum OG.

Apparently, Canna Venture Seeds and Connoisseur Genetics have some GSC hybrids in the works. Hopefully a stable backcross.
A stable backcross from CVS? LOL! That company is just chucking pollen and riding the hype train. Their base lines have supposedly been worked, but they're "limited edition" strains (including the gsc crosses) are completely untested. They announced a release date for those gsc seeds before they even flowered out the gsc one time. Plus the males they're using are not proven studs.

Connoissuer is doing an S1. I don't remember them mentioning about any hybrids. Last I heard they were still working on the S1's and they're planning on fully testing before they sell the seeds.

Swerve is also working on some gsc hybrids. And Riot is doing preorders for cherry pie, gsc, and animal cookies hybrids. I'm pretty sure neither of those guys will be testing those seeds before selling to the public.

I feel like I'm forgetting one company....fuck, too many bong hits. Anybody know of any other companies coming out with seeds?

Kind of bummed I haven't seen more GSC crosses come down from Nor Cal yet....it's getting to be about that time. Some clinic's around these parts only sell real GSC to returning patient's. I could see this happening in the future to more places with specific strains.

Most Deff smoking these as the season rolls on:

Cataract Kush
Connie Chung
L.A. Ultra
M.K. Ultra
L.A. Confidential

Wow I guess I haven't been on the growing side long enough, because I wouldn't be able to tell them apart. Sins you know your stuff to be able to tell whats what.

The Platinum Cookies is difficult to clone and may take up to 20 days to root depending on the conditions. The Thin Mint Cookies root vigorously at 9 to 10 days.

The plant structure looks correct as well as the color. It's not NuWave fake because the coloas are too well developed for this early in the bloom cycle. It's hard to confirm by photo because leaf shape stretches along with the branch stems during the initial elongation phase of flowering.

Are your leaf stems amber color? What does it smell like?

You have a beautiful garden and my gut feeling says it looks correct for outdoor grown GSC Thin Mint.

My thin mints are looking realllllly tasty right now. The purple is setting in and they are really starting to stink. I really want them to finish! The buds (other than the color) have looked like they are about a week away from being finished now for the last 2.5 weeks but haven't gotten any closer. Every day I go out there and hope they're done. Maybe tomorrow!

GSC vs MO's GSC

What do you think MO?
Transplanted at the same time, same medium (coco), same room environment.

Honestly I don't think it's too cool to sell untested cuts labeled GSC, especially for $30ea.
The only way to verify a cut 100% is to flower it out, not just by comparing leaf structure and stem smell in veg or whatever you did. There are a lot of strains that look just like GSC in veg, especially OG's and Bubba's.

So who is putting this in seed form?
We have two male phenos of the Platinum GSC from seed that we plan to breed with Platinum GSC original clone, Thin Mint GSC original clone as well as one or two Platinum GSC female phenos from seed. You can expect them to be ready by February 2013 in addition to our current stock pictured below.

So do you also steal other breeders' bud pictures and print them on your products?
(Especially that "Grand Fire OG Kush" picture, LOL)
Not saying these aren't legit beans or anything, just very misleading to members of the community paying top dollar for your seeds. Just take real pictures of the buds, or hire a good graphic designer.
