i should re phrase that. Is this much yellow normal? It is like I said, GRADUAL. It has intensified its flowering with crystals, but a few small small leaves at inner bud sits tinged yellow.

How much more can these clusters grow "generally" during the final 3 or so weeks of flower?

Make sure there is N in your flowering nutes. They can double(bud size) in the last 3 weeks.

I read the bottle the other day, thinking the same thing, it has plenty of nitrogen left in the program, eve nwit hcutting out 1\3 of the 3 part mix. We just follow GH's guidelines. The other plants are not far behind, they are yellowing a bit as well. Its just this one was first and scared us a bit I think. Is it okay t o have basically no leaves on a branch and just bud, ar at least just very small leaves.

m thinking as long as the bud stays green we're good.

ok then that yellowing this early in flowering isnt normal, it is a result of the damaged trunk from the rot. Should still make it though and give you some weight but not full potential. Also its not ok to have no leaves on bud at any stage of flowering.

If it was because of the rot, then why is so gradual and uniform. There is plently of new clusters forming under the yellow. Its not as if it went all yellow in a day, its been going on for a week or so.

Also, aside from the yellow the plant looks fine, its has good turgor and is taking up water in decent amounts, although not as much as her sisters.

I agree though, it is suffering along, but will produce some weight, jsut not as much.

The mold is under control today, we kept them under the eve out of the rain. I dont think she'll make it if the trunk gets soaked, those spores are virulent.

How much yellowing is natures way. I mean, look at a maple tree in Oct, its the most colorful thing around. I'm gonna sit back on the fence and wait.

She got flushed the other day for good measure, now she weighs a ton in that 5 G bucket. If that soggy mess doesnt kill her the spores will.

Lucky theres 6 other beauties to look after. I will focus on them for now on, but keep ya posted with the infection updates.

I will start a new thread with the flowering pics of our nice Haze's and Kushes

In regards to the leaf on bud, I'm talking about a leafy Kush, outdoor at that. Its not gonna be super compact, at least it doesn't look like it will.

The Haze though, man o man they look nice, and plentiful.

See new thread I will make up shorty I will re name it "HAZE and KUSH"

ciao

So you were right... I wished you were not.

Some yellow is cool, even a little purple. This nice gradual fade from green to yellow was totally the rot adn a sign of terrible things to come.

Chopping off one or two or 3 branches at a time is not a good feeling.

okay, so it rained the past few days. Even though I put the plant under the eve for the night, it was covered in mold in the morning. the whole base was coverede in grey mold. I kinda left it for a bit, and cursed the Neem Oil I had applied the night before. NEEM does not work on mold. It may work prophylactically, but does not kill it nor slow it much once the eather becomes damp. It seemed to work in the heat of summer, but then again, it was probably the sun.

NEW APPROACH: I scraped off all the bad plant tissue and whiped it with a soaked in vinegar paper towel. I then put a blob of vaseline on a paper towel and put some salt on it nad a splash of vinegar. I then put that shit all overthe infected areas.

GUESS WHAT : NO FUCKING SPORES TODAY.

The spores are water soluble and the vaseline is fat soluble. No water entry, no growth. I will take a pic of her later. Its pretty sad, compared to her 2 sisters.

She is dead, well mostly. I cut off all her arms and stuck her in a vase to help flush it a bit before we hang it in the shed. The root system was great, no mold, not water logged, good distribution of roots to the bottom to the 5 G bucket, not really root bound. tap root was about 5 or 6 inches long.

Vaseline still works well to keep the spores away.
