The funny thing about Ginsberg is that, in 2016, they are going to discover that she has been dead since 2010 and the Republican president is going to replace her with Ann Coulter. :-)

Didn't George W exrete and wipe up with that. Jury Trials, due process, cruel and unusual, speech......The Patriot thingy. Freedom of religion back then was not being burned alive so church and state was a big deal. Ever read the document?

Yep, and hardcore team red cheered like the hardcore team blue cheer now. Partisan sucks because it's always the other guy to blame.

why would anyone cheer at that? I don't understand. There is an erosion of the constitution and partisanship goes out the window. It is precedent. As far as team red was concerned under Bush, it was embarrassing to cheer.

Yep and when Obama extended the Patriot Act and put it on steroids suddenly it was OK. When he ordered the death of Alawaki as judge, jury and executioner team blue said nada, somehow the shit in the Middle East was atrocious but Afghanistan is righteous. Every scandal is just right wing fabrication. You get the point.
