Getting Seed Problems

I ordered seeds from MSNL and they sent the seeds however it seems customs took the seeds and just sent me and empty package. Now they are gonna resend the seeds but wont the same thing happen ? I mean do they use the same method while resending ?
 
They can do, they can also repackage it so it's "stealthier", and it's always hit and miss with customs anyway with the same packaging sailing through next time.

They can only check a finite number of packages at a time, it's very much "luck of the draw" regarding seeds getting through.

Thank you for your reply. They also contacted me to send with a different method. They asked what to send in the seeds but dont know what to say about that part.
 
Depends on what they were sent in first time, you could ask for stealth packaging in with a DVD as an example.

And not knowing where you are doesn't help, as if we knew then others in the same State/Country would be better at advising you.

DVD usually ends up bad as what i saw from news. From Turkey btw. They just confirmed they wont be sending in a Card like last time. Hope this will work.
 
Turkey? No idea about best way there. You gotta hope for the best or find some market somewhere in Turkey.
