Getting off Gabapentin with THC

What is weird is some of the searches come up with radishes too. Are radishes smaller turnips? Let me know if you have any luck and I hope it helps.
Yep Radish, turnips, rutabagas, parsnips. All basicly the same type of rooting Brasica. Kohlrabi are stem swelling, all kale, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower are brassica also and related.

The question is what component increases the effect?

----
Interesting saw an article about how fatty foods dramatically increase the absorption of CBD. Makes sense actually. I used to make infused THC/CBD coconut oil capsules.

Alcohol does as well.

Valarian root extract.. I initially used this fancy herbal blood pressure supplement. When I stopped, because of expense, I noticed A profound increase in anxiety. For me it ended up being the valarian. Valarian works well in my body for as a relaxant.

I grow both CBD hemp and THC plants. I extract and make gummies to dissolve in my mouth. (When I run out of CBD homegrown, I buy quality American grown Isolate)

Oh, forgot to mention, I over ripen my THC plants, over Decarb them and expose to UV light to boost the CBN, which supposedly acts like Benzo, so I rarely take lorazepam. I really like the not too stoned sleepy body effect. (Its like the post high from a strong Indica.)

I buy bulk supplements from Amazon or wherever and make all my own supplements, with one of those cheap capsule stuffers. (Make 100 capsules at a time.)

I like the dosage and ingredient control, and lower cost. I feel all herbal supplements are best when customized to the individual.. (at least me)

I don't smoke, nor like the psychoactive effect of THC. LOL
i pretty much over decarb with my wax to make my gummies/ infused oils for that reason. the cbn knocks me out and keeps me out of pain thru the night with enough of it.

Have you gone to see an anesthesiologist with a pain control specialty? If you haven't you may wish to consider that. Good luck with your surgery.

Listened to an interesting interview on the "opiate crisis"

I can confirm from personal experience too.

"If you have pain, their is no recreational rush involved in opates. The rush is only their when pain has subsided"

They are under prescribing opates for pain. DOGS get better treatment.

Before I had cancer diagnosis I was enduring pain so Intense, I consumed Alcohol in large quantities to curb the pain. Yep 8 am drink, and head to the field to farm.

I told my healthcare providers. Still no pain meds. I was ready to chase down a pain control specialist as Curious to Garden suggests. (But for chemo and radiation they loaded me up.)

I know someone in serious pain and he has said the rec opiate users have made it terrible for people who have real pain.

Can anyone recommend a good CBD oil brand they are using for mother in law.

She has 100% Hemp oil which she says helps but I would think CBD is better.

I am talking to some of my buddies in CO who may make up some gelcaps. I would think a 90% CBD mix with 10% THC or less might be good. She does not want to get stoned. Anyone know a good mix ratio?

Ratio up to 50/50. Maybe play it safe with % THC to start. (Lots of good meds in THC)

CBD oil.. personally I would go with Colorado grown and extracted. Have family that likes Fully Activateds oil. But plenty of opotion even if bbn you just look at Colrado products

I buy powdered isolate from https://www.thecbdistillery.com/product/99-cbd-isolate-powder-from-hemp/ and mix it myself with the oil I prefer. It's much less expensive.

THC is for pain and CBD is for inflammation. To the extent pain is related to inflammation CBD will help.

Yes, with the swelling too.
Which relieves pain because the human body interprets pressure as pain. I wasn't aware they had home units like that. It's a nice option.

Thank you, that's very kind. I'm also glad to hear you have had good experience with CBD Distillery as well. I actually got one of my dogs with meningoencephalitis off Keppra with CBD oil. Her neurologist is still amazed.
