Cannabis grows naturally in places that have crazy rain storms. It got its name weed because it grows like one. If the wind and water havent severely broken the stems my guess would be they will fully recover. Don't worry if the stem is just bent or the plant is laying over from taking a beating from the rain. THe first or second day of serious sunlight and they'll stand right back up. Theres actually a training technique called super-cropping where the gardener intentionally crushes the stem between his/her fingers. After crushed, the branch can be at a 90 degree angle, but within about 7-10 days it will stand back up. I dont see any damage that extreme on your girls(/hope) so I wouldn't worry. Be at ease :]

O and if you're worried theyre over watered don't worry. It can be really really wet for many days, you get the really bad problems from it when gardeners water to often and the soil never drys out. When it stops raining just let it go several days before watering so it can get a dry spell.
