getting close, how "ripe" does this look to you?

Unless you get in those buds with a 30-100x microscope it's all guesstimating. You want mostly cloudy more then anything, a little amber, as little clears as possible. Condition of leaves, color of hairs, how fat the buds are, how swollen the calyx are, all meaningless. Scope it.

Oh hell! 10% amber on buds? Cut her in 72 hours.

thanks for the advice.... after careful thought.. i think i'm going to go with this:

this one dispensary has 3 levels... 55-65 then 65-75 and 75-85 days ... let me tell you the 75-85 is out of this world. i have 2 plants.. one i will prob harvest between 65-75 then the other 75-80 regardless of what the trichs look like .. just to experiment.

chopped at 70 days.... both colas weigh about 70 grams wet each left most the large sugar leaves on .. i sort of like doing a half /half dry... where those leave blanket the buds so it dries even slower and even starts to cure.

both colas are about 9 inches long about 3 inches wide.

so they are about to go into jars.. just weighed all of it.. i'd say that its close to its final weight. total weight- 145 grams. so i am guessing when its all said and done i should have over a qp. Not bad however i think next time i'll top them and let them veg til they're about 2 feet instead of a foot.
