Im growing in my cellar and im using my lamp heat to help heat the room. Its winter here and my room is not heated. I wish it got even warmer. I use a scrubber for the stink. In the US, if their flying over and looking at you, they already have enough to bust you. Keep your garden small and you will have no problems unless you have a big mouth...
