Lets say the cops get an anonymous tip that i am growing ONE plant under a couple cfls. Will they still get a warrant and bust down my door and have me arrested, or do you think they just have bigger fish to fry?

Hey you know you just made me think of something man. With so many states being strapped for cash, maybe small op growers can kinda breathe easy cause I don't think many local police depts have the resources to effectively lock up dudes with a plant or two.

no they wont waste their resourses on you with one plant. they want fields.they have a list of things the look for big drug transfers at borders weather state to state or from outta the country. they listen for attacks or sabatoge and anything else relating to homeland security. plus their resourses are already being used for tracking "known" criminals.the only way to get caught on this site is to tell someone where you live by address and a city cop coincidently gets on this site and sees that you live in his town and then he could get you maybe. to be honest if you got arrested for your plant it was cuz they were tipped off (nosy neighbor, enemy, stumbled on, etc)

go on you tube and look up surviving the police in this it tells you exactly your rights as a civilian for your home and car trust me almost got caught with a oz of n lights 5 bout a month ago and was driving no dl and loud exhaust is how they got me 3 days earlier i watched this video and when they asked for permission i denied and got away but man they wanted in that truck trust me look it up its bout the best thing if you are a user or dont want to pay a fine cops rely on your ignorance of your own rights check it out

depends on where you live. if in a sleepy town and the cops are looking for something to do, yea you might get busted. then they slap your face on the front page of "podunk news" and brag how they just f'ed up a major drug ring with ties to pablo escabar and the russian mafia. seriously, you should read the "major" drug busts that occur in my small town. if you live in DC....i doubt it.

Fuck the cops, they can review your electric bill, but even running a 1000w on 18/6 does not constitute reason for a search warrant. your electric usage would have to be a large amount. it cost me about $20 a month extra for my light, and in no way is that enough to get a warrant.

damn right!! ryan said it for sure!! keep it simple, you would be surprised how easy you can avoind police contact!!! Common sense goes along way to!! plus, I am going for my degree in paralegal, criminal law and intellectual property!! SO, I got a lil inside info for free from lawyers as well on how my local authorities take action, and what they look for!!

I had a old ex Vietnam Vet pal who just loved the evil weed. He sit out in the backyard and smoke (didnt do any growing but he knew where to buy some good stuff). Anyway he lived in a Duplex and the bull dykes from next door smelled it and called the cops. They did what is called a knock and talk. They come to his house and asked him how much got..blah blah blah. They promise to let you go if you tell the truth and give them what you got. He had two joints. The cops took em and told him don't do it no more. Course they missed a coupla big O'zees under the couch coushin

that is a very rare thing but a cop cannot even look in your backyard if there is atleast a 6 foot privacy fence the knock and talk was because they couldnt get a warrant on hear say and relied on his ignorance to allow them in and consent to search therefore making it a legit search and seize if your buddy had exited and locked his door behind him and if ?ed on why locking say out of habit and told the police no he doesnt consent to searches and they would need a warrant he woulda got off with his buds too. dont trust the dogs and warrants shit from a cop if they could get one they wouldve brought it with and dogs have been known for quite often missing drugs including large amounts of buds they are not 100 percent of the time find a dvd named never get busted with pot again hosted by a #1 texas state trooper on why and how they slipped up to get them caught.by consenting the search after they were free to leave

You got lucky yo, if they really wanted in they could have detained you at the scene until they could get a canine unit out there. If the dog alerts them that's enough probable cause for them to search the car.

DENYING A SEARCH DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROBABLE CAUSE TO SEARCH!!!!
in most cases by you denying the search they will not get dogs but they usually ask to search after you recieve your citation at this point you ARE FREE TO LEAVE and i would do so if you want to wait for the dogs thats up to you
