Here was the reality for me, beautiful vigorous plants that put out anywhere from 1.5 to 3+ lbs that had to be chopped early because of botrytis and pm on every single plant. None of mine were any kind of early pheno for me.
What sold me were early resistant strains, not so sure he should have leaned so heavy on those statements._DSC0028.JPG _DSC0175.JPG
Chopped this PW the first week of October, lost half of it._DSC0669.JPG

Yeah, when you pride yourself on mold resistance and everyone is complaining about mold who's growing out these strains....You have a big problem.

Well I can say his stumbleweed is great. I gave 2 seedlings to my cousin to grow and they grew to about 5ft tall x 6ft wide in the ground. Cut them about mid sept. With about 5 percent Amber trics not one bit of mold.
I concur re: the stumbleweed. As I posted above, 2 phenos, one finished 2nd week of Sept, and just harvested the second plant yesterday. Reasonable yield and a vape of the early pheno kicked my ass, so it's got some chops for sure. Until I find something better, this will be my go-to outdoor strain going forward.

Good to hear..maybe I'll have to try some for next year.

Anyone want to share their experience with these guys. Growing outdoors in the US Northwest, their hardy outdoor strains might be really attractive, but: Cash only. Regular seeds only. Exotic crosses only. No strain information.

What's the word?
I have grown a few of his strains and loved them. Stumbleweed and a few others mild resistance and early harvest among hella Stoney gear.
I have had some scallops of his as well and I gotta stress he is the real deal

Kick-ass good Scallops too!

It's been a while since an update of this thread, is anyone running this gear outdoors in Maine or similar climate? I came across this too late to invest, as I already chose to run Critical+ 2.0 outdoors this year, as a resistant strain. But I would love to support a small Maine business.

Last year I ran GPS gear and while I didn't have any botrytis issues, I did battle WPM for most of September and October, prior to harvest and probably lost about half my yield.

Is @getawaymountain still around? Site is still up with very little information, and I'd love to see any more testimonials. Hell, I'd love to run a test grow, and I'd document it well if someone wanted to throw a couple beans my way. Here's my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/midcoastorganic/

give him a shout, I have grown just about all his strains not real stable you have to hunt down the early phenos witch takes time but the killer phenos are there.

I am in Central Maine. I grabbed some Erdpurt Poison beans and a couple other strains plus generous gifting of sample beans. I grew out (am growing) 2 Erdpurts.

Plant 1 grown in ground Harvested 9/5 - 9/7 and is in buckets now curing. Approx 14 ounces with beautiful colas and maybe an ounce cut off with Botrytis (minimal) compared to past strains/years.
Plant 2 grown in 30 gallon smart bag/pot. Currently still growing and looks amazing however; have have a fair amount of rot loss (maybe upwards of 1/4 lb so far. Good news, no mold found last four days running and still plenty of gear on that Lady!!

Seems like I got 2 very different pheno's of Erdpurt or another strain snuck into the bag or Erdpurts. No matter and I give this plant another week till harvest (100% milky today).

I do not know them but I find their descriptions and genetics to be sound and I am glad I reached out. Thanks Getaway!!

Plant 2 with a frosty bud on Tuesday Morning!!

If you had mold this yr thats not saying much for his strains. This has been the driest best flower season i have seen in many yrs zero mold here in sw maine with all the growers i know.

I lost both my outdoor autos to the only rain we had in June and July, just horrible timing since I was away for days both times it rained.
Saved the Critical x Mimosa seeds at least.

Last year's Getaway Stumbleweed x Blueberry cross is awesome, hiding that for myself. Lucked out on that one, that was a gamble.
Didn't care for horrible harsh Stumbleweed flavor at all, (Iranian x R2) but it was super early, vigorous golf ball buds with better spacing than the R2.
Had a wretched turpentine-like flavor, but the cross comes out as rich deep blueberry aroma and indoor 65+ days easy.

They should do fine there in the mountains
All this great feedback, I cant wait to order your Afghan Fantasy S-1 for this season, especially since it gets cold & wet towards the end of the season in NY.
I've been checking the site daily for the addition of ordering option using a card, and will do so whenever yall ready.
