and again i apologize for being an ass, it's just that i try to learn all i can by the more experienced growers i can find, and as much of an ass that ub can be at times, not to mention arrogant, it's hard to deny the dude knows his shit, like him or not..
same deal with fdd2black.. dude grows trees outdoors, so i think he's figured a thing or two out in his time growing...

i know it goes against all that you hear on the internet about ph being important, blah blah blah, i just have yet to really find it to hold true much like a lot of other internet gospel..
fyi, i'm only talking about growing in soil as that's what i have experience in, not hydro or any form of soilless as i think soil is a great buffer when it comes to ph..
i also like to look at what farmers do.. is rain water ph'ed to a perfect 7 before it falls on the ground and your plants use it up?? of course it is what it is, yet crops for centuries have done just fine with rain water as a main watering method.. :)

Its no problem. You proboly thought I was being a dick to you first, thats why theirs alot of rants on forums for the lack of emotion.

pH has basically been my only problem. Except that one bug experience I had. My pH had almost always been too acidic. Result was nutrient lockout and plants not looking so good. In soil I find 6.5 a perfect soil pH for me. I use pH up in my water after adding nutes to get that number.
