Germination temperature

My seed (only one because of not having enough room for more than one) has been germinating for around three days and there is no change in the seed and i was wondering if it was because the paper towel is to cold i dont know the exact temperature but it is cold to the touch is the seed dead? or can i just put it in a warmer place?

3 days shouldn't kill it...make sure it's not water logged and keep the temps above 75F.

ok thank you i have put it in a warmer place now i just have to wait.
