I just put some seeds to germ 5 min ago and i realized i used tap water(im a first timer...). i did the paper towel/ziplock method. i dnt think it was a good idea to use tapwater. i have a brita water filter that i should have used. now should i switch the seeds to the same germ method but with the filtered water or will they be fine? i appreciate any help :leaf:

Philly in the house???

Tap water is all good man, RO water is cool to....
When I germ., I let the seed float in a cup of water til it sinks....(no longer than 6 hours)
After that, I paper towel it in between two small plates...& put it on top of the Frigidaire...its warm up there...
I check to make sure the paper towel doesnt dry out...then I spray the paper with a spary bottle...
Once my tap root is about a 1/8th to a 1/4 inch...I put them in the hydro setup

I keep spraying them til the cotyledon pop out...then just keep it up

You dont want too much heat on your seed...just real lite, kinda like lite warmth...
DONT TOUCH THE TAP ROOT!!!!!....If you do, you run the RISK of fucking up....You gotta eyeball that shit.

Just hit it with the spray bottle every 3-4 hours & put it back in the DARK
