germinating seed ?

So i wanna start these seeds and im gonna do the paper towel thing in a ziplock bag but i tend to have problems overwatering them before the sprout so im wondering if i can just sit the jiffy pot with fox farm soil in like water and have it just come up like a wick type setup so that i wont over water so would this work ?

hi there dont put them in a zip bag let air get in there keep them damp and warm good luck.
