Germinating problem

i am germinating 2 seeds and there are leaves breaking out of the seed but when i woke up and checked on them today one of the leaves fell off, can i still plant this?

u know how the seed opens when u germinate it and the 2 leaves come out well one of those leaves came off when i checked on it, so im wondering if it can still be planted

when the seed opens...........the tap-root emerges. i think i got yer drift tho. yes, my good man..............plant away. they're like testicles. you only need one.
