Germinating in an incubator

Hey guys. I am starting a few new strains (pineapple express, white widow, and bubba kush), and decided to try germinating the seeds in an incubator. I breed ball pythons, and have some eggs incubating. The incubator is in total dark, and the temp in maintained at 89F. I use the plate and paper towel method, and I cover with plastic wrap to hold humidity. I figured why not take advantage of a perfectly temperature controlled setting.

I've heard many different views on temps, ranging from 75F - 90F. What do you guys like to germinate your seeds at? 89 is higher than I've tried before, but I'm hoping it will give the seeds a good strong start. Could it be too high? Any forseeable problems in these conditions? Any input is more than welcome!

I only did 5 seeds of each, and I'll select the best plant or two that are female from each strain to raise as mother plants. I've got plenty of each seed left in case the experiment fails! LOL

Still pretty new to the site. Been mostly reading for the last couple months, but decided it was time to jump in.

I would, but it doesn't make for a very good thread without decent pictures, and my camera isn't working. (Doesn't take very good pics either).

Think I'll see if I can firure out how to post pics in case I get it working.......
